Who says a simple entrements has to be boring or flavorless?

The tartness of fresh blueberries is complimented by the sweet creaminess of Valrhona's white chocolate, and paired with hints of orange and vanilla. Blueberry Marmalade is sandwiched between a Blueberry White Chocolate Creamly and a stabilized Vanilla Anglaise Cream, sitting atop a Sweet Dough and covered with a White Chocolate Glaçage.

From start to finish, the dessert took less than four hours to realize! Don't have a blast freezer? No problem. Allow your molded entremets to rest in your freezer overnight, and reheat your glaze in a bain marie just before you need it. As long as your entremets are frozen enough and your glaze is at the right temperature, it is 100% possible to end up with this incredible dual-colored glazed look.
