Freeze dried strawberry powder whipped into the frosting naturally increases the vibrance and flavor while cutting back on the sweetness that might overload an already sweet frosting. Earthy matcha swirls with vanilla in the hot milk cake. White chocolate ganache drips down the sides, bringing an element of creaminess and helping to connect the matcha and strawberry flavors.
